Clear monthly pricing in Canadian dollars. No annual plan.
Five days free — no card required
The trial begins when the owner registers and ends five days later. Drivers activated during the trial share the same end date. No Stripe subscription is created and no payment is collected automatically. Subscribe after the trial to continue using paid features.
Monthly subscription
The Standard plan costs 8.99 CAD per selected driver per month, plus applicable taxes. One monthly renewal date applies to the company. Your first successful subscription payment starts the paid billing cycle. Pricing is in CAD, including for customers outside Canada; your payment provider may apply conversion or other fees.
Adding and removing drivers
After subscribing, adding a driver costs the full 8.99 CAD immediately for the remainder of the company’s current period, even near renewal. It does not move the renewal date. Stopping a driver’s renewal keeps their paid access until that period ends. Reactivating the same driver before their paid access expires does not charge again for that period.
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
The subscription renews monthly for the selected drivers until cancelled. Cancel renewal in Billing before the next renewal. We do not provide refunds, prorated charges or unused-time credits, except where required by applicable law.
Payment problems
Stripe processes payments securely. Failed or incomplete payments may restrict access until resolved. Billing shows the available payment and cancellation actions. Contact contact@taximod.com for assistance.
