Terms of service
These terms apply to Taximod’s business service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Taximod provides reports, driver access and passenger feedback tools for TaxiCaller companies. You must be authorized to connect your company and use its data. TaxiCaller is an independent third party; its availability, API behavior and data accuracy are outside our control.
Your account
Keep credentials private, provide accurate information and manage access for your drivers. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company’s data or send unlawful messages. You are responsible for the data and messaging you authorize through your account.
Trial and billing
New companies receive a five-day trial from registration, without a payment card or automatic charge. Continued paid access requires an explicit subscription. Our billing terms explain monthly pricing, driver activations and cancellations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data. Features may change. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid subscriptions or security reasons. Keep copies of records you need; Taximod is not an archival or accounting system.
Cancellation and responsibility
You may stop subscription renewal in Billing. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. To close your company account, contact contact@taximod.com. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
