How Taximod handles information when you visit our website or use our service.
Information we use
We process company and account details, language preferences, TaxiCaller connection credentials, driver and vehicle identifiers, report data, ride identifiers and passenger ratings. Payment details are collected by Stripe; Taximod stores billing references and payment status, not full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide reports, manage access and billing, collect ride feedback, maintain the integration, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Passenger ratings
A rating is associated with a ride and its assigned driver. The rating form does not require the passenger’s name or phone number. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a comment. Company owners can see their company’s ratings; drivers can see their own. Anyone holding a valid rating link can open its form, so treat it as private.
Service providers and storage
Our hosting and payment providers process information needed to operate the service. TaxiCaller provides the source operational data. Processing may take place outside your province or country and be subject to local laws. Access is restricted by account role and company. Temporary generated reports expire; account, rating and billing records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
